About Greanz
We took the middlemen out of Nigerian produce trade.
Greanz is a direct market for farm produce. Growers list what they have, buyers offer against it, and escrow holds the money until the load lands.
Our story
Produce in Nigeria changes hands four times before it reaches the buyer, and every hand takes a margin.
The farmer sells low because the nearest aggregator is the only buyer within reach. The merchant pays high because the load has already been marked up three times before it arrives. Neither side ever sees the other's price, so neither can tell whether the deal was fair.
We started Greanz to collapse that chain into a single transaction. A grower in Oyo lists directly. A processor in Lagos offers directly. The two of them settle the number between themselves, and the money sits in escrow until the goods are confirmed.
We are not a buyer, a reseller, or an aggregator. We do not take a position on produce. We run the board, hold the money, and match the haulage.

The grower sets the price
We do not price produce and we do not buy it. Every figure on the board is the number the person who grew it asked for.

Nobody moves first
Escrow exists so neither side has to gamble. The money is held until the load is confirmed, and disputes are settled against the record.

The record is the referee
Terms are agreed in writing before money moves. When something goes wrong, there is a listing and a chat log to judge it by.
